A vehicle crashed into a tree in a Tulsa neighborhood Friday afternoon after the driver had an apparent fatal medical issue, police said.
Police responded the crash in the 2700 block of East 57th Street about 4:30 p.m. Officers on the scene said a man in his 50s driving a sport utility vehicle likely died before the crash because of a medical episode. The man's vehicle was found wrecked resting against a tree, police said.
