Zero-waste products store opens pop-up


New Perspectiv­e, an Oklahoma-based store featuring zero-waste and environmen­tally responsibl­e products, has located to the Mother Road Market in Tulsa.

The pop-up shop, which runs until Oct. 31, will be the first to be located in the new space inside Mother Road Market, 1124 S. Lewis Ave.

Featured goods include reusable straws, handmade tote bags, soy candles, unpaper towels and all types of reusable items. Everything in the store is environmen­tally friendly and produces no trash because it is 100 percent compostabl­e or biodegrada­ble.

“We are excited to have our first physical store inside Mother Road Market,” said co-owner Tonya Morton. “We want to make more people aware of our business to make it a positive influence in our community. Mother Road Market is the perfect platform to showcase our zero-waste products.”
