MIKE’S SAD SITUATION
From Jersey Shore... to jail. After pleading guilty to tax evasion, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino was sentenced to eight months in prison and two years probation on Oct. 5. The reality star’s fiancée, Lauren Pesce, and his Jersey Shore: Family Vacation castmates were by his side. “Mike accepts the court’s decision and looks forward to marrying his college sweetheart,” a rep for Sorrentino, 36, tells Us. “He anticipates [coming] back stronger as an individual and couple, in the same healthy mindset that he has had for the last three years.” Sorrentino proposed to Pesce, 33, in April and told Us in August that their wedding plans were “going fantastic.”
