INSIDE BLUE IVY’S WORLD!

-

It’s in her blood! Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s daughter Blue Ivy has been performing “since birth,” her grandmother, Tina Knowles Lawson, told Us at the Debbie Allen Dance Academy Fall Soirée Fundraising Celebration on Nov. 1. Blue takes dance lessons at the school owned by Grey’s Anatomy star Debbie Allen, 68, who Lawson explains is “my home girl. We’re both from Houston.”

SHE’S A STAR Though Blue shows signs of talent, Beyoncé’s mom says the 6-year-old “hasn’t decided yet” if show business is something she’ll pursue. “But whatever she wants to do, she will definitely be able to do it because she’s good at a lot of things,” says Lawson. And her famous family will be cheering her on every step of the way. “Whatever she wants to do is what we’ll support,” gushes the 64-year-old. In the past, videos of Blue’s dance recitals have gone viral, but she’s also a singer. “How could she be in this family and not [sing]?” jokes Lawson, whose other grandchildren include Blue’s 17-month-old siblings, Rumi and Sir. “I’m so happy to have my grandkids. It’s the best.”
