¾ oz Cointreau

2 oz vodka

¾ oz fresh lime juice Bar spoon of raspberry jam

1 Combine all ingredient­s in a shaker. Shake vigorously with ice and strain into a coupe glass.

2 Garnish with skewered candied ginger.
