Daddy’s Little Girl

Frankie Delgado just can’t say “no” to his daughter. “I picked her up from school, and she’s like, ‘Daddy, can I have ice cream?,’” the father to Isabella, 4 (with wife Jennifer), tells Us. “And I was like, ‘Whatever you want.’” But when it comes to son Francis, who just turned 2, “I’m tougher,” the Hills alum, 37, jokes. “I’m like, ‘You should be doing pushups now!’”
