Three Days of (Inner) Peace and Music
The Wellness Your Way Festival just got way more awesome. The threeday Kroger-sponsored event (Aug. 16–18) will host a female-led concert at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House in Denver, with Jewel — a cofounder of the fest — as well as up-andcoming singer Josie Dunne and Rachel Platten performing. (Get ready to belt “Fight Song”!) FIT ’N’ FUN The Zenpacked event — which
heads to Cincinnati Oct. 11–13 — features panel discussions, interactive fitness programs (fitspiration trainers Jillian Michaels and Tone It Up’s
Karena Dawn and Katrina Scott will be there) and more empowering activities for festgoers. Says Jewel (right), 45, “I’m so inspired to continue to share my work through this festival to help others live happier, healthier lives.” We’re feeling relaxed just thinking about it.
