Meghan Markle is no stranger to unrealisti­c beauty standards, but the new mom has no time for body shamers.

Meghan Markle has better things to do than get back to her prebaby weight — and she hopes other new moms will follow her lead. A royal insider tells Us that Markle “wants to change the perception that you have to be skinny to be beautiful.” The duchess is all about health and balance, which for her includes a plantbased diet (with cheat days!) and “daily yoga and meditation in her studio at Frogmore.” Adds the source, “She’s even taught Harry a few moves.”
