My HEALTHY Day

Don’t Cha wish you were as well rounded as this Masked Singer star? The Pussycat Doll takes Us along for 24 hours of work and wellness

-

1. BUST A MOVE

Up and at ’em! The performer gets busy first thing at the gym with trainer Paolo Mascitti to maintain her toned physique. Alternatively, she’ll do a class, “whether that’s high-intensity interval training, cycling or dance cardio,” she tells Us.

2. EGGS À LA SCHERZY!

After her sweat sesh, Scherzinger is “usually starving.” Her go-to breakfast: “Avocado with poached eggs, quinoa, kale and some salmon for extra protein and those essential oils!” Hydration is also a must, so she drinks “plenty of water and a green juice.”

DAILY 3. CHECK-IN

When Scherzinger’s schedule is jam-packed with meetings and commitments, she makes sure to take a moment to collect herself. “I try to spend a little time alone, either preparing for the day or reading.”

4. GLAM SQUAD, ASSEMBLE!

Scherzinger embraces her femininity — in fact, pamper time is essential. Of her beauty routine, she says, “Whether it’s a quick face mask, a head massage or just straight into glam, the process is really therapeutic and relaxing.”

5. WORK & PLAY

Hard at work or hardly working? The Masked Singer cast, including fellow judge Ken Jeong, sure knows how to do both: “We have such a great time together with our host, Nick [Cannon],” Scherzinger tells Us.

6. BON APPÉTIT

Scherzinger’s motto is “Everything in moderation,” so she doesn’t shy away from treating herself to a decadent meal after work. “Seafood and pasta are two of my favorite things. That, combined with a glass of wine and some quality family time… I couldn’t be happier.”

7. GIRLS’ NIGHT IN

Pajama party? Sounds like our kind of night. “My nieces are in town, so we sat up talking in our onesies with the dogs,” says Scherzinger. That must’ve been one helluva conversation — they’re wiped out!
