BROTHERS AT ODDS

-

With their relationship under pressure, a royal insider tells Us why Prince William is worried about Prince Harry.

For the past year, Prince William and Prince Harry have kept mum in the face of rumors of brotherly discord and whispers about their wives, Duchess Kate and Duchess Meghan, respectively, not getting along. Like true Brits, the brothers kept a stiff upper lip and didn’t engage — until now. The Duke of Sussex has finally confirmed that he and his older brother do have their issues. “Part of this role and part of this job, this family, being under the pressure that it’s under, inevitably stuff happens,” Harry, 35, candidly explains in Harry & Meghan: An African Journey, a documentary that aired in the U.K. on Oct. 20. “But look, we’re brothers, we’ll always be brothers. We’re certainly on different paths at the moment, but I’ll always be there for him and as I know he’ll always be there for me.”

BOUND BY BLOOD Despite their differences, William, 37, is concerned for Harry as well as Meghan — especially after the couple opened up in the documentary about the stress of the constant unwanted attention they receive. “Even though they’ve grown apart, William still cares about Harry and is hoping he’ll open up to him about his current struggles,” a source tells Us. “He wants to be there for his brother and hates seeing him in such a bad place.” In fact, says the source, “Harry suffered from depression in the past, and William’s terrified of seeing history repeat itself. Harry’s a very sensitive guy, and Charles is worried too.”

?? ?? “We don’t see each other as much as we used to because we’re so busy, but I love him dearly,” Harry says.
