Simpson shed 100 pounds in just six months after welcoming her third child, Birdie, on March 19. “So proud to feel like myself again,” the star, 39, said at the time. One of her secrets? Her trainer, Harley Pasternak, tells Us she walked at least 12,000 steps every day!

Kramer, 36, insisted on staying fit during her pregnancy with her second child, Jace (born in November 2018), which helped her speedy slimdown. “We worked out till the day before he was born, so her bounce-back was quick,” her trainer, Erin Oprea, tells Us.

MEGHAN MARKLE

To lose weight following the birth of her son, Archie, on May 6, the duchess, 38, practiced daily yoga and followed a mostly plant-based diet. But she made a point to take her time: “Meghan’s happy to be a realistic example to new mothers,” a source tells Us.

The country singer, 36, was bummed that she didn’t immediatel­y snap back into shape following the birth of her second son, Jacob, on Jan. 21, but vowed to “stop analyzing every curve, pound and meal.” By June, she proudly rocked a bikini on social media.

Duff, 32, counted macronutri­ents to shed the weight she gained while carrying her second child, daughter Banks (born in October 2018). “I love it,” she said of measuring her daily intake of carbs, protein, fat and alcohol. “I haven’t had to cut anything out.”

KENYA MOORE

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 48, was back in a bikini 11 weeks after welcoming daughter Brooklyn in November 2018. She credited wearing a waist trainer while practicing yoga. “It feels good to start to feel like myself again,” she said during her journey.
