Josh Duggar pleaded not guilty to two counts of receiving and possessing child pornograph­y in Arkansas following his April 29 arrest. According to prosecutor­s, the former TLC personalit­y allegedly used the internet to download explicit material depicting the sexual abuse of children under the age of 12. If convicted, Duggar (who was previously accused of molesting underage girls) faces up to 40 years in prison and fines up to $250,000 for each count. Additional­ly, the judge on the case prohibited the 33-year-old from returning home to his pregnant wife,

Anna, and their six children. Duggar’s trial is set to begin in July.
