On Jan. 15, Céline Dion announced that she had to cancel the remainder of her North American Courage tour dates amid a mysterious health battle. (It had previously been reported that she’d been experiencing “severe and persistent muscle spasms.”) But a source tells Us that friends are deeply concerned that the mom of three, 53, has been pushing herself too hard. “She’d greatly benefit from treating her body better,” the source says. “She likes to perform at the highest level, and her grueling schedule would take a toll on anyone — she’s strong, but not superhuman.”
