TALENTED TEEN
With famous parents, it’s no surprise that David Arquette and Courteney Cox’s 17-year-old daughter, Coco, wants to follow in their acting footsteps. “She’s so super-talented,” the See Spot Run star, 50, tells Us, noting that he helps the teen “stick with it” by giving her advice. “She’s got a really great head on her shoulders and she’s so much more talented than I could ever imagine. So I just try to tell her, ‘Don’t take rejection personally. It’s a business that is mostly rejection,’” he explains. “If she doesn’t get a part in a school play that she was hoping for, I just kind of walk her through it to try to set expectations that things like that happen.” While the Scream star, who also shares sons Charlie, 7, and Augustus, 4, with wife Christina McLarty Arquette, doesn’t consider himself a “cool dad,” he loves spending time with his three children. “It’s the greatest,” adds Arquette. “It means the world to me.”
