Some fans were surprised to see publicity-shy pair Billy Crudup and Naomi Watts holding hands at the Feb. 27 SAG Awards. But a source says the duo, who’ve been quietly dating for nearly five years, are fully committed. “They’re each other’s biggest champions,” the source tells Us of the stars, both 53, adding that marriage isn’t out of the question. “They’re very excited about their future together, but in a classy, understated way.”
