The star still rakes in about $20 million a year from Friends reruns, but she’s been incredibly smart about her career since then. In 2008, she cofounded Echo Films, which produces almost all of her projects, including The Morning Show, that resurrected her presence on TV. She’s also branched out of entertainment, launching her haircare brand, LolaVie, last fall. Reflecting on her continued success, Aniston, 53, noted, “I’m thrilled with how my career is evolving.”
