Pfeiffer did months of gymnastics, kickboxing and yoga — plus, she learned how to use a bullwhip like a pro! (Director Tim Burton once said she was “better than her stunt people.”) Thirty years later, the actress, 63, remains in killer condition (and can still use the whip, as demonstrat­ed in a 2019 Instagram video), eating a paleo-inspired diet and hitting the treadmill for early-morning workouts. “It’s simple,” she’s said of her wellness philosophy. “Eat well, exercise and get lots of sleep.”
