Amid reports Prince Harry’s mental health start-up company, BetterUp, is facing internal tension over alleged pay cuts, Meghan Markle was dealt a career blow of her own. On May 1, it was revealed Netflix canceled her upcoming animated series, Pearl.

Still, an insider insists Meghan and Harry aren’t too upset by the shake-ups. Instead, the parents of two are focusing on Meghan’s Spotify podcast, Archetypes (set to launch this summer), and their Netflix documentary, Heart of Invictus (about Harry’s Invictus Games). “Harry and Meghan love working together, but they took on too much too soon and are now narrowing their scope,” explains the insider. “They have since changed their strategy to be quality over quantity. They want to make sure the documentary and podcast are full of humanity content and are hugely successful.”
