Heard’s legal team presented disturbing pictures to the jury, including shots of Depp seemingly passed out in chairs and on the floor, as well as photos of Heard sporting injuries she claims Depp inflicted on her. Other images show the aftermath of their violent 2015 fight at their Australia rental home, including broken furniture and blood on the carpet. Heard claimed she began collecting photographic evidence because Depp wouldn’t remember his actions. “Or he would deny it,” she said. “There was no one to back me up. So I started to take pictures to say, ‘Look, this is happening.’”

One shot taken in 2015 appeared to show wine stains on the wall of their Australia house.
