How to prevent another Fort Hood shooting?
Nidal Hasan, a radicalized Army psychiatrist, was found guilty of premeditated murder in the Fort Hood shootings that took place in November 2009.
Instead of wishing death or torture upon Nidal Hasan, we should focus on how the U. S. military can better deal with mental health issues or the integration of Muslim soldiers.

Muslim servicemembers are in every branch of the armed forces and serve honorably. This traitor was a major and a psychiatrist, not a private. Hasan knew what he was doing every second.
There is evil in the world, and evil people. Maybe our military should look into preventive measures aimed at finding, identifying and removing evil from its ranks.

The Army doesn’t need to work on integrating Muslim soldiers. Muslim soldiers need to work on integrating into the Army. This is a volunteer Army. If you don’t like the rules, then don’t join.
There has been absolutely no singling out or persecution of Muslims in any unit I have been in.
We really don’t care what God you pray to, as long as you aren’t asking God to smite your fellow soldiers.

There is no guarantee of security. We have non- discrimination laws, and Muslims must be employed — even in security- sensitive positions.
This shooting could happen anywhere. We cause our own problems, generating anti- American sentiment, with our own indecency and anti- God behavior that we try to impose on other nations.
