More fans lose heart with new Cosby details

New details surfaced over the weekend about a court deposition Bill Cosby gave 10 years ago in a lawsuit by a woman who accused him of drugging and molesting her.

This news has destroyed an aspect of my childhood. When I was a child, Bill Cosby was an example of what a man should be. Now, I want to punch him.

No, he’s not just a dirt bag. He’s also accused of being a serial rapist who belongs in prison. Unless you’re a rape victim, you don’t get to tell anyone to move on.

Well, if Cosby didn’t admit to these crimes, then I guess he didn’t do it, right? As if we can trust him. After preaching sermons about morality, good marriages and loyalty to family, he’s turned out to be at least a serial philanderer. And he’s one who bought drugs with the express purpose of using them on women for sex, according to the 2005 court deposition.

He’s real believable. By all means, we should give this great man the benefit of the doubt.

These allegations have been coming out for years and years, but because Cosby was a rich, famous and popular celebrity, he got away with it. Everyone with one eye open and a pulse knows that he is as guilty as sin.
