In honor of Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker James Harrison’s bold stance, our weekly award for NFL players and coaches who didn’t even deserve a participation trophy in Week 1.

Stealing a page from Chuck Pagano’s “bad fake punt decisions,” the new Cleveland Browns coach actually went for it on fourth- and- 5 from his own 41 while trailing 7- 0 in the second quarter. Duke Johnson took a direct snap and suffered a 5yard loss. The Philadelphia Eagles took it and turned it into a field goal and a 10- 0 lead.

Week 1 has to be considered a step back for last year’s No. 2 draft pick. An interception returned for a touchdown and a fumbled handoff that led to another Minnesota Vikings TD were not a good look — especially with how Jameis Winston looked in his opener. Yes, the two will be compared forever.

Revis Island turned into Revis Sinking Ship in Week 1. Cincinnati Bengals WR A. J. Green caught 12 passes for 180 yards and one TD, mainly against Revis. We don’t want to bury Revis after one week, but we did see slippage last season. This did not make us feel optimistic about this year.

Team award. This could have been just the win they needed to forget last season’s nightmare. A win at the Kansas City Chiefs, a team many are picking to win the AFC West. Problem is, the Chargers celebrated too early and the Chiefs overcame a 21- point deficit in the second half to win in OT.
