The 13th Doctor is in. Jodie Whittaker was introduced Sunday as the new title character of popular BBC America series ‘ Doctor Who.’ The actress, who’s best known for roles in ‘ Broadchurch’ and ‘ Attack the Block,’ replaced Peter Capaldi and becomes the first woman to take on the role.
