Following his resignation, Donald Trump is permanently banned from future re- admission to SAG- AFTRA. The former president resigned from the actors’ guild on Feb. 4 after facing expulsion from the group for inciting the Capitol riots Jan. 6. On Sunday, SAG- AFTRA National Board passed a resolution “preemptively denying any potential re- admission applications by former member Donald J. Trump.” “It is a resounding statement that threatening or inciting harm against fellow members will not be tolerated,” SAG- AFTRA President Gabrielle Carteris said in a news release.
