The former first lady is taking over streaming again, this time for a younger audience. Obama is teaming up with Netflix for the new, kid-driven show “Waffles + Mochi,” Obama and the streaming service announced Tuesday. The show, set to premiere March 16, is based on the adventures of two puppets who have a dream to learn to cook fresh food with the help of Obama and a magical flying shopping cart. The series is a collaboration with Partnership for a Healthier America to encourage kids and families to get in the kitchen and build healthful eating habits.
