TIKTOK FACING TWO INQUIRIES OVER EU PRIVACY

Ireland’s Data Protection Commission’s has started two inquiries to examine whether TikTok has breached stringent European Union data privacy regulations. One will examine its handling of children’s personal data and the other will look into its data transfers to China. TikTok said it will fully cooperate with the commission’s investigation.
