Jasson Dominguez, OF: Dominguez signed as an international free agent from the Dominican Republic as a 16year-old in 2019. He has all-world tools with elite raw tools across the board. He is supposedly well polished. Dominguez has yet to make his pro debut and is still three-plus years away from the majors.

Clarke Schmidt, RHP: Schmidt, 23, moved one year further away from Tommy John surgery with solid results in 2019 (3.47 ERA, 102 strikeouts in 902⁄3 innings). His mid-90s fastball has late sink, his curveball is hard and his changeup could be an elite pitch at projection. Look for him in Class AA.

Deivi Garcia, RHP: Garcia, 20, is a short-statured thrower with a high three-quarters delivery. His fastball has been up to 98 mph and he has a plus slider/curveball, though his changeup needs refinement. Garcia posted a 5.40 ERA in 40 innings at AAA last year and is on the verge of his major league debut.

Luis Medina, RHP: Medina, 20, posted a 5.47 ERA with 127 strikeouts in 1032⁄3 innings across two levels of Class A in 2019. His two-seam fastball is unfair to hitters and his plus curveball has sliderlike two-plane movement, but he tends to overthrow his changeup at times.

Luis Gil, RHP: Gil had a breakout season at Class A (2.39 ERA, 112 strikeouts in 83 innings). The 21-year-old has three pitches: a mid-90s fastball that is his best offering, a sweeping curveball and a changeup that doesn’t show much fading potential. Gil will head back to high A.
