Jets rookie Elijah Moore takes flight
These players saw their fantasy values increase or decrease most based on their performances in Week 11:
Sizzlers
WR Elijah Moore, New York Jets: With Moore, the Jets are getting exactly that. The rookie second-round pick has scored in three consecutive games, and this past week he erupted for a career-best 141 receiving yards.
WR Justin Jefferson, Minnesota Vikings: The Randy Moss comparisons may not be too far off. Coming off a 143-yard receiving game against the Chargers, Jefferson followed that gem with a 169-yard performance with a pair of TDs vs. Green Bay.
TE Zach Ertz, Arizona Cardinals: Colt McCoy peppered Ertz with nine targets, good for eight receptions, 88 yards and two touchdowns. His usage has skyrocketed since his trade to Arizona.
QB Cam Newton, Carolina Panthers: Newton continues to turn back the clock in his former home, completing 21 of 27 passes for 189 yards and two touchdowns. He added yet another rushing score, completing a very solid fantasy day.
QB Jalen Hurts, Philadelphia Eagles: It is never pretty, but despite just 13 completions, Hurts found a way to offset his meager passing totals by rushing 18 times for 69 yards and three touchdowns.
Fizzlers
RB Zack Moss, Bills: Game script worked against him with Buffalo falling behind early, but Moss totaled just 5 rushing yards and was unable to convert his one target in the passing game.
RB Khalil Herbert, Chicago Bears: The rookie’s role was in question with the return of David Montgomery to the lineup. We found out quickly versus Baltimore when Herbert had one rushing attempt for no yards.
WR Michael Pittman Jr., Indianapolis Colts: Indianapolis likes to spread the ball around and with the return of T.Y. Hilton to the lineup, Pittman’s stats have degraded. His last three weeks have shown a steady decline, dipping to a two-reception effort for 23 yards versus the Bills.
WR Bryan Edwards, Las Vegas Raiders: Coming off his most productive game of the season in Week 10, Edwards was not targeted on Sunday and had one rushing attempt for 0 yards.
TE Dan Arnold, Jacksonville Jaguars: While Arnold has been the talk of the town at tight end these last three weeks, he vanished in a 30-10 loss to San Francisco without registering a single target.
