Seahawks’ keys to victory: QB Russell Wilson has looked rusty since returning in Week 10 from a finger injury that sidelined him for about a month. Seattle must find ways to get its top playmakers, WRs Tyler Lockett and DK Metcalf, more involved. Washington’s secondary has struggled, although it has improved recently. Wilson should test it early and often because Washington is strong against the run.

Washington’s keys to victory: QB Taylor Heinicke has played his best two games of the season the last two weeks. He has taken care of the football, used his legs to create and managed the game more efficiently. The Seahawks have one of the worst defenses in the NFL. Washington should still continue to lean heavily on the run, setting up play-action, which was a recipe for success against the Bucs and Panthers. Defensively, Washington cannot allow Wilson to make plays outside the pocket.

Matchup to watch: Washington secondary vs. Seahawks’ Metcalf and Lockett. Washington’s top three cornerbacks – Kendall Fuller, William Jackson III and Benjamin St-Juste – have played well lately. Jackson (knee) has looked much better since his return. Washington will need help from a pass rush that’s without DEs Chase Young and Montez Sweat.

Who wins? Washington has momentum after winning as the underdog the last two weeks. It was a much better second-half team in Ron Rivera’s first season. Washington’s run-game success will prove to be the difference.

Washington, 24-20
