Bucs’ keys to victory: Tampa Bay’s prime objective on offense is to protect QB Tom Brady, a task that will be more vital against the Rams’ dominant defensive front, led by DT Aaron Donald. With all the injuries to skill-position players on offense, the Bucs will need another big week from WR Mike Evans and TE Rob Gronkowski, as well as contributions from key reserves. On defense, the Bucs will rely on their dynamic front seven to expose the lackluster Los Angeles offensive line and keep QB Matthew Stafford from getting too much time in the pocket.

Rams’ keys to victory: Aside from putting consistent pressure on Brady, the Rams must do everything they can to erase Evans and Gronkowski, forcing Tampa Bay’s offense to beat them with less proven alternatives. When they have the ball, the Rams must use Tampa Bay’s athleticism and aggressiveness against them, with plenty of misdirection and playaction. Finding creative ways to get the ball into the hands of WRs Cooper Kupp and Odell Beckham Jr. in space will be critical.

Matchup to watch: Rams’ Donald vs. Bucs’ interior offensive line. Tampa Bay is banged up in the trenches on offense, which doesn’t bode well for stopping one of the league’s most disruptive defenders. Donald can take over a game at any time.

Who wins? Key Bucs players are back, and the reserves have done well. The Rams dominated the Cardinals and beat Tampa Bay in Week 3. That was at home, though, and LA will have one less day of rest vs. Brady in the playoffs.
