Giants’ keys to victory: The Giants have to flex their defensive muscle, particularly early. Specifically, they need to lean on their head coach for knowledge. Prior to taking over the Giants, Brian Daboll was the offensive coordinator in Buffalo. Daboll worked hand in hand with many Bills players, especially QB Josh Allen. The Giants have to exploit Allen’s weaknesses. The Daboll factor gives the Giants a chance to take advantage of the injury-riddled defense in Buffalo.

Bills’ keys to victory: The Giants have laid out a pretty clear game plan on how to beat them: Start fast. That was something the Bills failed to do in their 25-20 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars last weekend in London. This week, the Bills will be in the comforts of western New York. The Giants have struggled mightily to put up points in the first half, and the Bills have typically done that very well this season.

Matchup to watch: Giants DT Dexter Lawrence vs. Bills OL Mitch Morse. It will not be the sexiest matchup, but Lawrence is one of the best interior defenders in the NFL. If he can push around Morse and the middle of the Bills offensive line and stuff the run, the Giants have a chance to force Allen into mistakes.

Who wins? The Bills defense enters Week 6 with a slew of injuries. The problem for the Giants is the number of players whose status is up in the air, including RB Saquon Barkley (out since Week 2 with an ankle injury) and QB Daniel Jones, who left last week’s game with a neck injury.
