Bye, Axl: Rose nixes Rock Hall induction

Axl Rose has declined his induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. In a letter to the hall released Wednesday, Rose said he had no intention of reuniting with his former Guns N’ Roses bandmates, who are to be inducted at a ceremony Saturday in Cleveland. He also said he did not want to be inducted “in absentia.”
