The Los Angeles Kings’ Kyle Clifford will miss at least the next game, and the Vancouver Canucks’ Byron Bitz was ordered to sit out two. Bitz was suspended for two games Thursday by the NHL for boarding Kings forward Clifford, who was ruled out of Game 2 and is day-to-day with an upper-body injury. . . . The Florida Panthers host the New Jersey Devils today in their first playoff action since 2000. They’ll face Martin Brodeur, the goalie who helped sweep them that season.
