Iphone keeps partners in step

Dancing with the Stars practices are recorded and shared as teaching tool,

Each week, dance pro Derek Hough performs carefully choreographed moves with Extra coanchor Maria Menounos on ABC’S Dancing with the Stars. They spend the week learning their routines with the help of technology, via video recording their steps on the iphone and ipad.

Hough is a three-time champion on Stars, (winning with partners Brooke Burke, Jennifer Gray and Nicole Scherzinger.) Menounos, a frequent blogger and iphone vlogger, has a new website, After buzztv .com, devoted to discussing TV episodes after they’ve aired.

We met the pair in Hollywood, at the same rehearsal studio seen Mondays and Tuesdays on Stars.
