Best Buy announces store closing sites

Best Buy announced the sites of 50 stores it’s closing this year, including seven in California, six in Illinois and six in Minnesota. The electronics chain said last month that it would close some big-box stores, cut 400 corporate jobs and trim $800 million in costs. It plans to open 100 smaller Best Buy Mobile stores. It has closed two stores this year. Most of the rest of the 50 will close May 12, others this summer. See list at money.usa today.com.
