Youtoon Caption Contest
Haven’t had the chance to enter our cartoon contest yet? Well, the April cartoon is here! Tell us what you think is happening in it. Enter your caption for a chance to win a copy of this cartoon (with your caption in it) signed by the artist, valued at $250. Entries will be accepted through noon Friday. The winner will be published in the newspaper with the cartoon.
