Die-hard fans found a night to get completely Lost.

Seven cast members and two executive producers, Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof, reunited Sunday night at the annual celebration of TV known as PaleyFest to talk about the groundbreaking, mind-bending series that became a pop-culture phenomenon when it premiered 10 years ago.

The brainy, six-season ABC drama, which followed the survivors of a plane crash on a remote island, revealed its characters’ lives with flashbacks and flashforwards while examining the mysteries and secrets of their new home.

Later shows have been defined by it, said Henry Ian Cusick, who played Desmond. “Whenever you see a new show coming out — it happened with The Event and

Flash Forward — it was always hailed as the new Lost, and everyone wanted to try to match it or beat it.”

For the actors, the night was a reunion. During a red-carpet interview, Yunjin Kim (Sun) turned her attention to co-stars Maggie Grace (Shannon) and Ian Somerhalder (Boone). “My body is going that way, almost, because I want to go and give them a big hug,” she said.

Other Lost stars, including Josh Holloway (Sawyer), Jorge Garcia (Hurley) and Malcolm David Kelley (Walt), discussed their memories during the evening. Somerhalder recalled the pilot while on the red carpet.

“It stands out. We were watching this huge polar bear running through the jungle. And I just thought, ‘ What a bizarre sight,’ ” he said. “I thought, ‘This is a pretty phenomenal experience.’ ”
