INCUMBENT: RON BARBER (D)
Democratic Rep. Ron Barber won a full term in 2012 by less than 1 percentage point in this Tucsonbased district to succeed Democrat Gabrielle Giffords, who was shot in the head in January 2011. He faces a rematch with Republican Martha McSally, a retired Air Force colonel. Republican Mitt Romney carried the district by 2 points in the presidential election.
