NOV. 1 LACMA ART + FILM GALA Adams got Gucci glam in a deep V-neck royal blue gown with antique beading and glass embroidery. The event honored director Quentin Tarantino.
NOV. 14 HOLLYWOOD FILM AWARDS Adams was seriously sequined out in a Christian Dior gown. She presented the Hollywood Actor Award to The Imitation Game’s Benedict Cumberbatch.
DEC. 9 ‘BIG EYES’ SCREENING IN LOS ANGELES Adams was stunning in a sleek, black Dolce & Gabbana frock with laser cutouts at the bodice and hem. In the film, Adams portrays artist Margaret Keane. “I have always been interested in where women have been through time,” Adams told USA TODAY. “I enjoyed the story of Margaret coming into herself and finding her voice.”
DEC. 12 EVENING WITH CAST AND DIRECTOR OF ‘BIG EYES’ AT 92ND STREET Y IN NEW YORK Adams kept things simple in a black pencil skirt and white button-down blouse. But she got a little more creative with her shoes: the Nicolas Kirkwood Hutton pump.

‘BIG EYES’ PREMIERE As the face of Max Mara, it’s no surprise that Adams selected a forest green dress by the brand for the premiere. Jimmy Choo Valetta sandals and Tiffany & Co. diamond jewelry completed the look.
DEC. 18 ‘THE TONIGHT SHOW WITH JIMMY FALLON’ You never know what Fallon has up his sleeve, so it’s good to keep your outfit simple. Adams did just that in a Roland Mouret longsleeved dress and gold Rupert Sanderson shoes.
DEC. 23 ‘BIG EYES’ SCREENING IN LOS ANGELES Movie promotion duties don’t slow down during the holidays. Adams kept it casual in a see-through black buttondown with a tank underneath and black leggings.
