DELAWARE City officials are looking to make dog owners happy and find savings in the city’s budget through changes to the dog law which were advanced last week. The amendments to the animal control law were unanimously voted out of both the public works and license and inspections committee at a joint meeting and will go for final approval before the full City Council on Thursday.
