Syracuse:

NEW YORK Ten people were shot and wounded in a span of 24 hours over the Fourth of July weekend in Syracuse, including four when someone opened fire on a crowd watching fireworks, the Syracuse Post-Standard reported. The shootings spanned Saturday into Sunday. None died. An 11th shooting just after midnight Monday, however, killed a 19year-old man.
