COST-CUTTING PLAN FOR AMERICAN APPAREL
American Apparel will close underperforming stores and cut jobs as part of a $30 million strategy to turn its foundering business around. The company said Monday that it wants to add stores in more profitable markets while closing stores in “unprofitable and over-saturated markets.”
