RUTGERS STAR SUSPENDED

Leonte Carroo, Rutgers foot- ball’s biggest star, a team captain and a highly regarded 2016 NFL draft prospect, has been suspended indefinitely from the program, coach Kyle Flood announced Sunday night. The suspension is the result of the all-Big Ten wide receiver’s alleged involvement, the extent of which is unknown, in an altercation that took place outside the football stadium after a loss Saturday, Gannett New Jersey has learned.
