American Experience launches a two-part profile of a man who changed the face of American entertainment. No one who accomplishes as much as Disney did does so without drive and talent, or without creating discord along the way. The kindly Uncle Walt we watched for years on our TVs may not have been created out of whole cloth, but he wasn’t the whole person either, just in case that’s who you’re expecting to see.
