United Airlines for eight years and lost count of how many times I saw business class travelers threatened and/or verbally humiliated by flight attendants over what were essentiall­y customer service issues, for example getting a drink before takeoff. The United CEO, who resigned last week amid an internal inquiry, got a hefty raise last year, despite the airline’s performanc­e issues. The company should fire the next three management levels down as well.
