For many Liberty University students, Christian students, that sentiment will resonate because that is the core of Jesus’ message.

Hopefully, somebody from the school explained to Sanders why Christians don’t buy into gay marriage and abortion.

He did a good job. It was my first time seeing or hearing him speak. My curiosity lured me to watch it online. Sanders showed me that it is possible to discuss morality on a human level vs. in a manner that stresses a diversity that divides and annoys people. I liked him.
