Respected statesman Colin Powell, former secretary of State, used his private email while in office. Former Ver- mont governor Howard Dean and Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal both used private email accounts while in office. Presidential hopeful Jeb Bush also used a personal email server. And yet, she is the one apologizing.
