First car I drove: A gray Ford Escape. Season highlight: With my team, there were several highlights. We won the (Traditional Bank Holiday Classic) before Christmas. Favorite teacher: Sue Steffy. She taught in the middle school that I went to, T.K. Stone. She taught an appreciation of arts and humanity class. My mom, grandmom and I went on a trip to Italy with her that sparked my interest in art. I’ve stayed close with her since then.
Second-favorite sport: Softball. I played softball growing up, up until middle school. I played a little bit of everything, I played a little bit of first base, pitched a little bit, played third base.
People confuse me with: My mom and I look a lot alike.
Biggest deal on my phone: I have Maya Moore’s number in my phone now.
Basketball influences: My dad has always been my biggest basketball influence, my biggest coach. Also my high school coach, coach (Tim) Mudd. A player who I’ve always admired is Elena Delle Donne.
