FINDING PRINCE CHARMING LOGO, 9 ET/PT

Logo introduces the first all-gay dating show, allowing gay men to experience the humiliations and embrace the career-creating exposure of faux-romance previously limited to the straight, mostly white contestants on

The Bachelor and its progeny. Progress: Ain’t it grand?

BETTER THINGS FX, 10 ET/PT

FX scores again with this slice-oflife comedy created by Louis C.K. and Louie writer and co-star Pamela Adlon, who won an Emmy for her voice work on King of

the Hill. Adlon stars here as a single mother struggling to make a living as an actor while raising three daughters: the teenager rushing toward independence (Mikey Madison); the offbeat middle child (Hannah Alligood); and the young confidante (Olivia Edward). Adlon is a great addition to FX’s roster, and if her show is sometimes more true than funny, it’s funny enough often enough to be worth trying. It’s a very specific corner of the world we’re visiting here, but that’s the world Adlon has chosen to explore, and there’s no question she does so well.
