Interior Dept. says 1 in 3 workers reports harassment or bias
More than one-third of employees at the Interior Department said they were harassed or discriminated against in the previous year, the department said Thursday.
Results from an anonymous survey of the department’s nearly 70,000 employees show that 8% reported being victims of sexual harassment and 16% reported harassment based on gender. More than 9% described harassment based on race or ethnicity.
